The composition of harmonic drive device
Harmonic deceleration transmission device is mainly composed of three basic parts, namely: wave generator, circular spine and flexspline.
Wave generator: It is composed of flexible bearing and elliptical CAM.
Flexspline: Thin-walled metal elastomer parts with outer ring teeth.
Circular spine: A rigid circular ring with an inner ring, generally softer ,The number of teeth is 2 more teeth.
Technical features1. Unique toothed structure
The double arc tooth shape design concept of golden section ratio is adopted to perfectly design the length-height ratio of tooth shape. In addition, by expanding the root R, the stress concentration of the root is reduced, and the strength, rigidity and service life of the flexwheel are greatly improved
2. High transmission accuracy
With special CAM profile design, the gear tooth engagement is higher, the transmission is more smooth, and the zero backlash can be realized in a real sense, so as to improve the transmission smoothness.
3. Unique surface treatment process
Repeated positioning accuracy and transmission error retention ability are increased by 100%, contact fatigue life is increased by 100%, friction coefficient is reduced from Ra0.5 to Ra0.1, and noise can be effectively reduced by about 20%; At the same time, the drive stability is improved.
4. Unique heat treatment process
High purity imported materials, unique heat treatment process, grain size ≥9, elastic limit increased by 20%, bending fatigue strength increased by 15%
